Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping processing time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders $500 and over require a signature upon delivery. International Orders are subject to Duties & Taxes, which customers are responsible for paying to accept delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds. However, there are certain situations where refunds are granted if the products arrived damaged

To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the products at support@nanceessence.com to alert us of the damaged, then return the damaged item to us.

Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
